"I have my concerns about management's seriousness in preventing Corona among the residents. The pool is still open. Kids of different families play together at the pool., This weekend two parties converged on the pool and grill area. Babies, pregnant women, toddlers, seniors all gathering within an unsafe distance. Drinking out of glass containers around the pool, kids being kids you know. I suggested that they hire a temp security guard for the week end peak pool hrs. I was told that it is too expense, ask me if I wanted a rent increase. Not enforcing the lease with regards to the number of pool guests allowed per tenant. I hope it changes soon."

"Just called to inquire about getting on a waiting list for January when our lease is up and the lady that answered the phone was completely rude and short with me. She basically told me there's no way we will be able to get in because of lease agreements with current tenants and we're out of luck. Great salesmanship. Lost our business for sure even if one happened to open up. Looking at these other reviews, I feel like most of us have come in contact with her."

"this is the worst place i have ever lived. if i could give crosslake coves a zero star i would. we lived in an apartment with them for a year and when we decided not to renew all the sudden all these "charges" started popping up that they demanded we pay within 3 days (a bill of over 1,000 dollars for something they had no proof of) when we asked what this bill was for they claimed it was for a pet she had proof we owned and didnt pay for and she had a picture proving it but yet there are no cameras on the property. when we said that she said she had someone give her a photo that proved it. when we said plenty of people make a mess (one of the rules that get tenants in trouble) and she told us that other tenants aren't are business. when we tried to give our 30 day notice we called and said we werent renewing. she then complained and said she wanted it in writing. we gave it to her (hand written) she then complained that she wants in typed. this made us unable to meet the 30 day notice we needed to give. once we moved out she complained that we didnt clean it enough to her liking. we left in the middle of the month and we were supposed to get our half back that we werent there for. she then told us we would have it this past week. we called her last friday to ask where it was she said she sent it to our house this past thrusday. we called her today after not receiving it still and she told us my husband signed a paper about it when he turned in his keys (which he didnt) and she said she asked for our new address (which she also didnt) now shes trying to hit us with a 400 dollar fee for things wrong in the apartment when the only problem we left it with was a small patch of carpet that got ruined with the crappy door that they had in the apartment that i literally had to pull up to actually close. i was still willing to pay that but shes trying to charge me 500 dollars for a carpet replacement. she is trying to charge us for all these ridiculous things for ridiculous pricing. the apartments are crap and everything is broken ( my fridge was, oven, microwave, bedroom door, one of the toilets, the closet door, and much more im sure). go else where and live elsewhere and save yourself all the troubles that i had to go through with this crappy apartment building. and one even better save yourself the trouble with the property manager. worst experience renting ive ever heard of or experienced. plus the crime rate near these apartments have spiked to the point i hear cops and see them going down the street my apartment looked over at all hours of the day and night. go else where save yourself the money, hassle, and get yourself an actually working decent apartment. Trish is the worst woman ive ever met or had to deal with."

"I lived in crosswinds landing apartments for a year, the apartments are brand new & the best quality in FWB. The neighborhood around the apartment is safe and quiet if you don't wander more than a couple miles. My only gripes would be the lack of amenities (no resident center, no gym, no laundry room), the parking & they only have 2 small dumpsters for about 70 apartments. If they charged slightly less than Chez Elan for the lack of amenities then id say crosswinds would be the better value."
