"Lived at Merrimac Manor for more than 17 years and find it to be an excellent place to live, especially Since the new landlady, Tina Watson, arrived over 11 years ago. During her time here, she has improved many things; to mention just a few, ie., new air conditioning units, new windows, insured signs were properly posted in compliance with state and local laws, instituted new and better parking and directional signs for residents and visitors. She never stops improving all apartments to make it a good place to live. Tina is a great property manager. I commend her for outstanding effort to make it a wonderful place to live."

"My apartment complex is older, so it has lots of interior room but an out dated floor plan. I've lived in this apartment since 2005 and I am more comfortable here because of the way it is now operated. The previous management group did not live up to these current standards. Now I think the owners care about the upkeep and appearance. The manager, Tina, is quick to reply to any issue, no matter how mundane. Yes, I asked if weeds could be taken out by the lawn crew, but Tina came over and did it herself. And she always follows up about maintenance that was done. Over the years, I’ve seen many different unpredictable building issues. Since Tina took over, I've had good repair work and respectful notices of upcoming scheduled maintenance. I feel safe at home, and I recognize my neighbors. It is a good place to live."

"As the property manager, I find it very disappointing that people will go to great lengths to post fabricated reviews online. I have lived in this community as a resident for 11 years now. I have seen and heard many things. I have watched people break the community rules as well as local and state laws. It is heartbreaking that people can be so disrespectful instead of being grateful to have someone care about where they live. They fail to remember that this is my home as well. The property owners are amazing and go above and beyond to maintain the property. They have replaced all of the front windows, they have replaced all of the AC units, they ensure that the grounds are well maintained and that maintenance request are handled very promptly. They have been extremely reasonable with keeping the rental rates reasonable as well as the renewal rates. I personally appreciate the property owners and the residents who reside here that follow the rules."
