"My move-in went well. Ariel, the Leasing Agent, answered all of my questions regarding the application and lease. I was approved in a few days. The Property Manager Alex kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and made sure the apartment was clean and ready to move in. They did a great job!"

"I received a notice while I was at work that maintenance needed to get into my apartment. They did not let me know that they were coming beforehand (they have not been giving me plenty of notice lately), just that they needed to get in that second. I told them I had a dog in my apartment who was out and if they were ok with that then they could go in. Watched them through my doorbell camera and watched the maintenance guy leave my door wide open and the property manager carry my dog back inside my apartment. My dog ran out because they left my door open! It would have been fine if the property manager had apologized to me, but when I confronted her she did not. As of writing this review, I have yet to receive any kind of apology. My dog could have been hit by a car. Extremely unprofessional."

"Worse experience in my life, take so long (more than a month) to answer you and to process your application. Miss a lot of communication we asked “do you need this or that” they say they didn’t need anything else because we sent enough but then later text us asking for the stuffs we asked if they needed and made us lost the apartment we want. this place is a waste of time and waste of your energy. not LGBT friendly"

"My experience with Newport Square Apartments, specifically with Sandra, the property manager, was really good and helpful. I've spoken to Sandra several times regarding video tours and property information. She is always very helpful, professional, and genuine. Although I could not live here, she did provide great insight for housing locations regarding safety and price, which is a blessing to me seeing as I am new to the area. 4 stars, because I do not currently live on site and cannot speak on that, but 5 stars for customer service and my experience with Sandra!"
