The Aria

"Saw a unit online. Made sure they were open and went over to the leasing office w/o appointment at 2:40pm. There was NOBODY but a sign saying lunch break. Waited for 30 minutes. Still nothing, went back home. Made a phone call appointment for 9am next day on their website. There was NO CALL at 9. Waited for about 2 hours and drove to the office again. There was an agent. She said sorry saying she was busy in the morning. Also told the unit we were interested in has been rented already. She was extremely rude. She said there's another unit available and put us for a tour at 11am next day. We arrived in time. There was NO ONE AVAILABLE because apparently everyone in the office was in a meeting. We left after 20 minutes of waiting and got a voice message from them in another 10min saying sorry again lol. Idk what's wrong with them. So glad not to have business with them. Their customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Can't imagine how worse it would get while living in the Aria and having to deal with such unprofessional staff."

"5 stars isn’t enough for this place!! Truly the best experience I’ve had when it comes to apartment rentals. The entire staff from Daphne, John, Bre, and Ashley all go above and beyond to meet your needs. I have lived in the Aria Apartments twice and Daphne made it so easy and smooth to move in each time. The only reason I moved out the first time was because I was deploying. As I left I let Daphne know I would be returning when I got back. She kept in touch with me and I was able to move back to an apartment the day I returned. John is always quick and so helpful when it comes to any issues within the unit and community. The location is the best, everything is within walking distance and makes for a nice evening stroll. If there is any place you’d want to stay in while in Fort Walton, the Aria is it!!!"

"My son who is in the militarily was lucky to live here for about a year. Location was perfect. Apartment and facilities were great. The workout room and pool area are beautiful, but that staff is absolutly amazing. My son got relocated and by accident I mailed a package to his address here. I immediately reached out to Daphne, who responded to me in record time and was so kind and reassuring that we would find the package. Sure enough in a few hours Daphne was able to find my son's package. Even though it was totally my fault, she put comfort in the sitation and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this apartment complex not only for location, the fact that it is well maintained but also for the friendly staff. Thank you Daphne!!!"

"From the first contact with Daphne to my very last day the experience was professional and very delightful. Daphne and the team were very easy to get in contact with and handled everything in a timely manner. John was very knowledgeable and assisted with a quick response every time. The complex was clean and quiet and the apartments were spacious. Great place to live!!"

"This place is awesome. Swimming pool, fitness salon, car wash, BBQ... you have everything here! Of course this place is great because of Daphne, the manager and John, the technician and handyman !!! Always present to welcome you and solve all the issues you may have. By the way, in 3 years, I have never got any issue with the apartment but one ( the shutters). Without this fabulous team ,my stay would not have been so pleasant . I strongly recommend this place and I wish all the best to Daphne and John!!!!"
