"Way overpriced for what was offered. Small outdated bathroom. Noisy road. Breakfast area does not accommodate the number of guests. Dirty carpet. Towels like sandpaper. TV not working well."
"Don't stay here! Due to delayed flights, we missed getting on board our cruise. This was the only place close to the airport that had a room. This place is very old and needs a remodel or at least upkeep. Our room had a bad odor, smelled like unwashed armpits. Bathroom floor extremely slippery and tub/shower difficult to step into and back out. Asked if we could get checkout an hour later and were told no, that's only for members. Breakfast room was small and crowded with not enough seating, and cold eggs etc. Soft uncomfortable bed. And the morning clerk was downright surly. Don't stay here. They require a $25 deposit when you check in and when we asked for our deposit back we were told it would be 10-15 business days before it would be refunded. Bad room, bad food and terrible customer service."
"Don't stay here! We stayed at this hotel for our second time on 12/08/2023. We called to request the shuttle and were told that he’d arrive in 35 minutes, he arrived more than 2 hours later. Then during the shuttle ride the driver failed to shut the back door of the van, so all our belongings fell out of the back of his van and were run over by oncoming cars. We were required to go with the van driver to pick up the suitcases from all over the busy streets and drag them back to the van. One of the cases was destroyed and unusable and many of our belongings were damaged or needed to be thrown away. When we checked in and explained what happened to the receptionist, she was unprofessional and disrespectful, she did nothing to address the situation or even apologize. The hotel destroyed our property and it cost us hundreds of dollars to replace what was destroyed and we didn't even get a simple apology. She said, "That's a complimentary service that we offer". She said that she would create a ticket and take down our contact information. We were told that management would contact us to resolve the issue. It has been nearly a month and management never contacted us."
"Update 12/18 - I have called the hotel everyday and they said I need to talk with Ignacio the Manager. I have left several messages and have yet to get a call back. They have charged me for a room that they could not provide. Ignacio - Please call me to get this resolved. 11/29 - We were given a room with soaking wet carpet. We asked for another room and they said all of the carpets were wet on the first floor and all rooms above were full. They had all been cleaned that day. The musty smell was overwhelming. I have asthma, so it was no option to stay. We asked the front desk to not check us in and get us a refund. She stated she did not know how to check us out and we were already checked in on their system. We were told that her manager would need to give us a refund the next day. She made a note that we did not go into the room and did not stay the night. I requested a refund that they denied, and stated the room was non-refundable. I paid for a room that they could not provide. We did not stay at the hotel. I have called the hotel multiple times and the manager has not returned my calls."
"Review We paid almost $400 per night for an old motel. There was a free shuttle from the airport. The rooms were clean but very dated. The breakfast room had seen better days. The chairs were old and the stuffing was very squishy. The tables were also worn and the one I sat was dirty. The breakfast was what you would expect from an old motel. The best that can be said is that the employees are very hardworking and pleasant. The hotel desperately needs a good refresh. Overall the room was very overpriced for what it was."
