"I've been coming to this store every other day since they opened 3 years ago. Never have I had a bad experience, the employees have excellent customer service and the owner makes sure that all the customers are treated with the utmost respect. Not sure why I saw a review saying that the owner wouldn't exchange a product, their products are top notch quality, only once I had a defective product and the owner replaced it right away, no questions asked. Also, I saw a review that says that their Fume Infinity are $30, that's a blatant lie because I've bought a lot of them and they are way cheaper than that, and cheaper than most of the other smoke shops. Don't pay attention to the fake bad reviews."

"owner flags my real review as spam. spld me a defective vape, says they replace all defective items and then doesnt replace my defective item. he says since its a vape, and because it does die, i cant replace it? dummy. my problem is that the vape BURNS BY ITSELF. i had to throw it away or else it would have literally exploded in my hand. i brought a fume infinity that has like 3500 hits, lasts the whole week and then some. but this, 2 days later it started firing by itself. i showed the employee and she couldnt do anything. and neither can this dumb store owner apparently. avoid this place, they lie and steal and refuse to honor customer service and then on top of that they charge 30 dollars for a fume infinity when i can buy a fume unlimited for the same exact price down the street. please dont spend your money here as they do not value their customers"
