"My cat just underwent surgery and hated her cone, so I called and asked if they had cat surgery recovery clothes. The sweetest girl on the phone told me yes. When I went to the store, I approached a man. He was white with black hair and looked to be in his mid-30s. I asked him if they had clothes for cat surgery recovery, but before I could even finish my sentence, he cut me off and said no and walked away. He was so unnecessarily rude. Such an unpleasant experience and terrible customer service."
