"The lady that works in the Dely Department, (the old lady,) shows a disrespectful and rude attitude. Every time that I go there, that lady treats people as dogs, with an expression of madness. Even when you ask for a simple question , she shows a bad face and treat clients like she is doing a favor. I know how difficult is for old people to adapt to new job environment but if we come to this country, we need to learn how to behave and act to be better persons, and if she is working with people. She should learn to respect the clients that , at the end, pay her salary...It is embarrassing to witness situations like this."

"Are You Paying Attention To Your Google Search Results? Longer Page Descriptions Are Appearing META title and description character space is precious. One of the biggest struggles an SEO specialist faces is writing the perfect (attention grabbing) title and description that doesn't exceed the maximum allowed characters Google displays. It was rumored for some time that Google was going to bump the character and when I began to see search results displaying longer descriptions I was beyond happy. For the past few months, I've been testing different META description lengths on various sites. I'll admit, I was a little nervous because I do not want to anger the Google algorithm gods. While I can't say what the absolute maximum character limit is, I can tell you that writing a META description between 175 - 200 characters seems to be a good range to target. Upon checking Google Analytics 1-2 weeks after making the edits on a website I chose to do some testing on, 70% of the pages showed improvement in impressions and clicks. Keyword search analysis pulled from Google Webmaster Tools Search Console also showed improvements in impressions, clicks and overall ranking position. So what does this mean for you and your website? Time to rewrite all of your site's page descriptions if they are under 150 characters. Yes... even if you just did them."
