"I scheduled a COVID test with this Walgreens and turns out they didn’t have the supplies to do it. The system allows you to scheduled the appointments and even tells you how many spots available are but this information is incorrect. The irresponsibility of this pharmacy is extra and they even charge you $20.00 for the test. Very unpleasant situation."

"Work at a Dr's office and calling here to speak with the pharmacist is futile. They have me on hold and every 5-7 mins pickup the line, stay quiet, and just put me back on hold, I'm sure to reset the wait time. Meanwhile, I have my patients waiting on call backs because the pharmacy can't find the prescription we submitted electronically."

"Horrible Customer Service at the pharmacy! Never had such rude people treat me the way they do here at this pharmacy. They really always have an attitude and don’t let you speak. They give you the wrong information on the phone and once you show up they tell you something else. It’s insane."

"If you are a waisting time lover, this is your place. Google should put negative numbers so that I can give this guys (-)150 stars. My wife took a prescription, "come bake in 30 min they said". After TWO HOURS I went for pick up and "there was an issue with the Insurance". My question is: WHY DO YOU ASK FOR OUR PHONE NUMBER IF YOU DON´T USE IT?. I had to wait for 30 more min. They never apologize, they never look at your eyes. They never bring you a quality care service. THIS PLACES SUCKS. EVERYBODY IN THERE SHOULD BE FIRED, STARTING WITH THE MANAGERS. A pharmacy´s visitor is usually a patient with needs. My son was in pain due to a surgery, and had to wait for almost 3 hours to get his medicine."
