"This Walmart has a bad service in auto care service if you go to the store to make an appointment they tell you not by appointment and if you get to the store then they tell you that it is by appointment and they have a manager who knows nothing about their services related to walmart calls himself carlos"

"I have ordered many times my kids birthday cake from this store’s bakery and I have never had any issues. Today I went in person , exactly how I did last month and a new lady took my order along with another lady that had previously taken my order 1 month ago. I asked if I needed anything from them and they both said No!. One of the lady’s later helped me out in the deli and I spent over an hour at the store. I left home and received a call stating I needed to cancel my order because it was “too big” ( a cake and 12 cupcakes? really? I dont understand I said, then she put another lady on the phone to explain “better” and she said I had to had paid it all. To just re-do the order online. Wow I said, then they put the Bakery manager Loida Diaz I believe and she was super rude telling me that they have “new policies” and let me know they cant make the cake because they cant resale if I dont pay for it or pick it up. I understand but I guaranteed that I will pay when I pick it up since it was their lack of training to update their employees with the new policies. That manager said in spanish that she really hopes I pick it up , like when u tell a child to pick up his mess or else…. Extremely rude. Telling me I dont need to get upset (when she wouldnt let me speak) and telling me I needed to cancel my order due to their error. I asked several times if I needed anything. It was not my fault. Never will I order anything there."

"I had a small package of 2 items that was supposed to be delivered and LEFT AT MY DOOR. This was no problem last week for the 2 packages that I had. However the driver yesterday, seems to feel that he didn't have to deliver it because he said that he could not deliver it and did NOT offer ANY explanation. I have been trying to call the store all morning. Goes to an option based system and every option I select with the many different phone calls I've made nobody ever answers. So I decided to select ZERO for the operator, yep no . . ..nobody answered there either!!!"

"Saturday 1130am They have 5 registers open 2 cashiers in customer service The manager PAMELA needs to be retrained She has no manager skills (she was hired because of her looks cause she got no brains or common sense) had my cart scan my 4 cashiers none charged me and she walked away from all 4 had me 40 mins for nothing Instead of taking action and doing something. She needs to learn to be a manager and take action, from one manager to another manager she wouldn’t make it at a KFC AS AN ASSISTANT MANAGER!!!! Ps note: hair and make up were on point. Lmao."
