"Staff is always pleasant but the prices are soooo much higher than Petsmart. My dog food is easily 10-12 dollars more here. I usually ask to price match because the other Pet store is about 20 minutes from me. Also, the store is rarely stocked."

"6/24/2022..Been here for about 35 minutes, waiting in the fish department( those poor fish were struggling to breathe in those bags; some dying ECT, they need to be released in a timely fashion), watching the employees huddle together in different corners, helping other customers and talking amongst themselves, most looked right at me and ignored me standing there. 45 minutes in one person came - Hunter (he was the only good thing about that store today, he was friendly and courteous) - and helped me. I am hoping it wasn't because I was the only colored person in there today... Honestly this store has been going down hill. I don't think I will return nor recommend. Beverly's pet store will be where I go from now on. I normally spend hundreds at a time which is a shame. Customers deserve better care and consideration for their money."

"I’ve always wanted a little bunny rabbit. And the workers in the store were so helpful. Walked me through what food would be best, what type of hay they like what toys would be good for my rabbits health and even helped with picking out a cage that would be best for him. From what they’ve told me he’s only 1 month old but he’s such a sweet bunny. He’s playful and he’s curious about everything around him. I had a great experience overall. The workers were very knowledgeable on my rabbit I’n particular would definitely recommend again"
