Publix Super Market at Paraiso Plaza

"I just went to this store I decided to buy a coffee a cafe con leche, I asked for an almond milk instead whole milk because I’m lactose intolerant, then the lady told me she can’t make a coffee with almond milk bc she don’t have it, immediately I asked to the manager store who he was close to me I told him about what happened then he told me they cannot do anything about it, this’s unbelievable. I always go to any Publix and something that I love and I see myself is if you ask for something the Publix employees run to get anything to need, same thing in Deli if I ask for a sandwich then they don’t have a feta cheese or anything else the go to the shelves to get and make me happy, in any Publix I go if they don’t have the almond milk in the cafeteria they go to the shelve to make my coffee how I asked, let me tell you I was working in Publix before I received the training I know how Publix want the employees treat the clients, the way how I treated today from the cafeteria lady and the store manager is very far about how Publix wants the employees provide a customer service the slogan of Publix company is “Where Shopping is a Pleasure” so today isn’t a pleasure for me. Not at all. I’m from Orlando and the Publix customer service in Miami is sucks. I’m very disappointed. I’ll never come back to this store. Publix have to retraining them employees because the employees are failing in Miami about the essential Public customer service is. Terrible experience."

"The Deli is a joke. 3 people working but only one person helping the customers that are waiting at the store. The other 2 are talking while the only one working is trying. Bad management for sure. Even if the other 2 are working on orders from online they should help the customer that are in store waiting for 20 mins for Ham and Cheese. 20 mins and the other workers are still talking to each other about nonsense ."

"Extremely abusive slow service, if you don’t have all day to wait, do not come here, horrible service at the deli. Seems like they don’t care, the lady who was at the deli, she was just like this is the way it is if you don’t like it, too bad for you. Incredible I only buy at publix but if it continues like this, it won’t be a pleasure for me to buy at publix anymore, at least not for me, it is an inconvenience, I can’t not wait that long at the deli, being me the second customer to attend, it took forever I had to leave. Que pena!!!"

"A total disappointment. It gives off the impression that there's no one in charge there. The staff was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting customers. They might be overworked so I don't really blame them. The store was poorly organized, making it hard to find the items I needed. The prices were higher than at other grocery stores in the area, and I felt like I was overpaying for basic groceries. They should definitely change their slogan. I won't be returning to this supermarket anytime soon."
