"I have being a customer in this store since beginning I wonder if the management changed because lately it’s really bad veggies are old expired cans on shelves old bakery old croissants that I took back to the store I ask for the manager she does not speak English she told one of the employees tell her what she wants no professional treatment if she needs money she can go to customer service my point is item should not be presented for customer if they are bad this my 1st time actually having negative review Am not complaining but I do care is a good store please take actions"

"This is the Worst Fresco y mas in Hialeah please avoid. Self check out older lady needs a bit more training, shame on this supermarket for putting an elderly person at the busiest position. She is not capable of dealing with such a high volume every one was complaining. Shopping carts locked the moment you take them out. Horrible shopping experience but I should have known the moment I walked in cashiers were on their phones talking loud etc. I will never come back to this place"
"The morning staff are good, Brenda and Cary in costumer service are the best. The meat department are worse, when you ask for something they said don't have anything, special thanks to Carlos from produce and Maria in Dely"
"Man this place is GROSS! Every other department was well kept but the meat section, the department that should have the most consideration was just disgusting. I understand this is more on the customer side of things but is there no supervision? Our cashier also kept putting her mask under her nose. I asked her to cover her nose which she did I’m not making much of a big deal of her mask because that affects her and her employer which didn’t seem to care when they came to the register."
