"Absolut horrible check in experience. When we arrived, they said they did not have a reservation for us. We booked the room weeks earlier. After waiting an hour while other people threw a fit because they did not have their rooms they finally got us a room but it was not the double queen we had reserved. It was a King instead. Being that it was 11pm we just took it. The room itself was not bad. However, I was double billed for the room. I called the hotel to figure it out but they just said we show we only billed once and were no help. So now I'm having to dispute it with the credit card company. Would not recommend, VERY poor management and customer service!"

"After staying at this hotel, I experienced an issue where they had charged me for 3 rooms instead of two. I called and spoke with Kim who was disgustingly rude. Told me it was "not her problem" and she "didn't care". I emailed the general manager Trent as well as Zac and never received any communication back. I called the customer service line and although they apologized, the damage was done. I don't want to take away from the fact that the gentleman who checked us in was extremely nice and helpful. But to have a representative of the brand tell you they don't care and it's not their problem, then you reach out and No one responds speaks volumes as to the guest relations here. I normally stay at the Hampton inn on Southside Blvd. For years I've been there and have never had one bad experience. Since it was thanksgiving we figured we would go where there was an ability to cook. Biggest mistake ever!! I'm not going to tell you not to frequent the hotel. The stay was not bad. But, if you need any help AFTER the stay, God help you. My bank was credited back the money today. Still no phone call, no email response, no nothing to acknowledge the mishap or that the employee was out of line and disrespectful. I'm in Florida often, but I'll never be back at this hotel."

"Convenient location and friendly staff. The hotel is clean and has cool features like an outdoor grill area and a huge gym (for a hotel). My gripes are all about the rooms. Our refrigerator couldn't open all the way because it was too close to the front door. All of the metal in the room is starting to rust (hotel is only a few years old). The shower has no foot rest, very small places for shampoo, etc., and mediocre water pressure."

"GREAT place to stay. Very clean, well-maintained rooms and shared spaces. Breakfast was well stocked and kept tidy. Front desk staff were helpful and courteous. Pool and outdoor area was comfortable with lots of seating to enjoy. Our room comfortably fit 6- much more spacious than other places we have stayed. We were here for a soccer tournament and the hotel was packed with families and kids, yet the rooms were relatively quiet. Wish every affordable hotel were this great. Would definitely stay here again."

"We were very comfortable at this hotel. The location was perfect and very close to family. The employees were nice and the breakfast was even pretty good compared to other hotels we've been in. The room we had was very large and comfortable. I loved that the bathroom had a walk in shower instead of a tub."
