"DO NOT I repeat Do Not book here. Negative 100 Stars.This is the worst hotel I have ever stepped foot in. Ghetto cars in the parking lot. A lot of weird people roaming around. Receptionist was very nice nasty. Went to FIRST room. It was a hot mess. Filth in the ac vent. Reeked of dog and urine smell. Carpet was filthy. Walls were filthy. Went to front desk to demand refund. She tried to put us in the room next door. It was even worse. Fridge has yellow stains in it and was not even working. Dirt on walls. Went back to front desk demanding they refund us. Hotel manager never showed her face. They kept trying to get us to stay there. I would not let my dog stay there. She refunded my $50 deposit and did not give me receipt. Instead she took my phone and took a picture of their computer screen showing it was removed. But then she took my phone back and I later found that she deleted the picture but if she had any sense she would know that iPhones recover deleted pictures. So I called booking. Com and they reached out to the hotel and they still refused to refund me $169.09 . They are SCAMMERS!!! Beware and read reviews before you spend your hard earned money with this filthy establishment. The Health department will be notified next……"

"I would never stay there again! My room had a strong odor of dog pee and the bed covers had stains all over them. The roof had stains on the roof. We stayed on the first floor and all night we heard footsteps from the kids upstairs."

"This was the absolute worst hotel that I have ever stayed in! First the front desk receptionist was super rude. Then she gave me a room with no lock on the door. And said that she had no more rooms available and expected to me to stay in the room. She proceeds to say that the only had maintenance would be available tomorrow morning. They allow visitors to just roam around the lobby and throughout the hotel with ski masks on and linger outside the front doors. I felt completely unsafe. I had a reservation for two nights and could not even stay the two nights because of how unsafe and uncleanliness it was. NOTHING in the hotel is sanitary! First thing the next morning I checked out and the receptionist was even worse than the one I had the night prior when I checked in. She denied me to receive a refund for the nights that I wouldn’t be staying. I explained how I felt about my stay and she proceeded to say there was nothing she could do about it."

"Woman at front desk is very rude. I personally witnessed her not rent a room to a girl because of her outfit. I thought maybe they had personal issues with each other but turns out the girl was from out of town. So then after that altercation, I proceeded to try and rent a room but was rudely cut short as she proceeded to answer her cell phone and ignore me for 5 minutes before rolling her eyes and asking me, "what I want" she tells me the rates went up on the room to $220 plus $100 deposit. The smell of alcohol coming off her breath was very strong than she asked me for my social security card which I thought was very strange so I told her I was walking to my car to grab it and I left."
