Budget Motel

"called to see pricing, the guy told me this place is 135$ a night... those are Hilton or Ramada prices. lol i've never been inside but the outside isn't screaming 135 nightly... and the gentleman hung up rudely when i said "thank you" after he told me a 500$ weekly price. that's absurd for a place like this."

"This was an emergency last minute room when nothing else was available. I guess I should say I had a room at least. I didn't feel safe overall, and then the door had a bathroom lock on it and a small useless chain. The towels in the bathroom were threadbare and dinghy. The curtains looked like old bedspreads and didn't fit at all. The furniture was wayyyyyyyyy outdated and had some weird covers on them. And I paid a kings ransom because they knew I had no choice at midnight when the only other available rooms were in Tampa and were $550 and $600 a night. I slept (dozed) in my clothes on top of the covers and got out first thing in the morning. I didn't even shower. Wasn't about to. The room WAS clean and had new flooring and mostly new windows."

"Not a budget motel at all. It is expensive, might as well stay in a high end hotel. They don’t have specific prices! If they ask you questions avoid them, they are not trying to be friendly they are just trying to see how much money you earn so they can charge you more. They also make you pay a deposit. They will try to say the wifi and water is included and bring up the fact that they have kitchens and that’s why the price is the way it is. I understand the kitchen but wifi and water is just basic needs a hotel should have. The gas stoves are not it, they are not well maintained and the rooms smelled like gas, got a headache and could not stay there any longer."

"I've been staying here for a few months on business. It's a quiet small hotel with clean rooms and spacious. The staff are polite and courteous. The owners are very respectable to the needs of their tenants. They try to accommodate any way possible to your individual needs. I've also brought my family down therefor they moved me in to the two bed apartment so we had more space. Don't fright they have one bed room apartments for the needs of a single person or couple. The rent is fair!!! They also have hospitality cable with more channels than you need on a digital network with the addition of hospitality WiFi for those who need it for pleasure or business purposes it does not lag by any means for I use it on a very high scale for my work purposes. So in general if your looking to get away to a quiet place for a night or two maybe even a weekend to get away from the annoying atmosphere you endure all week. By all means come down and relax. Take a load off your feet. Beaches are very close with plenty of activities around for the family and little ones. Good eating surrounds you from low budget to fine dinner what ever your appetite desires."
