"Had a family emergency. They told us to get ahold of the company we booked with for refund for early check out!! The people are trying to get ahold of them to verify check out they will not answer there phones!! They charge for receiving a delivery if you have it sent there... they are rude and get a attitude with you for more supply's for your room!! Beds was not comfortable feels springs!!!"

"I don't quite understand the bad reviews. Is this a 5 star hotel? No. Did it save me a lot of money and was it still very comfortable? Absolutely! The staff was so sweet, the room was comfortable, and you could tell they had been putting a lot of work into the place. They do hold $200 when you check in as a deposit, in case you damage anything or smoke on the property, but that wasn't an issue for us, as we don't smoke and we aren't party animals. We were in town for a conference and just needed a place to rest our heads, eat meals, and attend some online webinars when we weren't at the convention center. I was able to add an extra night stay here for way less than the original hotel we booked. I would stay here again."

"I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel. Worst part of all they charge my card for the room next door to me because we had the same last name. I found that to be racist and a horrible experience. They tried to tell me I knew the person and it was all lies. They worker put all the rooms on my card because we had same last name instead of getting everyone card for their room. The rooms was not clean and smell like mold. I hated this hotel!!!!!!!! I also was not charge any smoking fee but I guest you associate me with your other guest. That must be a universal response"

"The towels were baby towels. When you ask for towels, they have a bad attitude. Ironing board or iron did not work. They did not clean the room. The room wasn't bad. It was the service and the attitudes from the few workers they had around. I wouldn't vacation there again."
