"This is the worst pharmacy . Today at 1:10 pm i went to pickup my medicine using the drive thru after waiting more than 30 minutes finally it was my turn and the pharmacist closed the window on my face and left !!!! Without telling me nothing so i went inside the pharmacy and a store manager told us that they have to go to lunch at 1:30 and they can’t help anyone until 2pm. I told her that is not professional to closed the window on my face after waiting for so long without telling anything. The only answer I received there is nothing that we can do. Definitely they can do something for all of us! They can add signs outside on the drive thru telling everyone that doesn’t know about their lunch time saying: We are close from Xxxx to xxxx at least we save time instead of waiting for nothing. We’re all busy in our life working and with family for this people just closed the window on my face without any explanation, they don't respect anybody’s time."

"This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. For five days in a row they have been telling me that my prescription is ready and when I get there it is not ready and they expect me to go home and then come back. I am working all day and have many other things to do and cannot continue to waste valuable time due to the incompetence of this pharmacy. From the looks of all other reviews I am not the only one who has been through this horrible experience with CVS Lake Nona. If you can avoid this pharmacy please do so."

"The pharmacy staff are very rude . And many of my patients live in this area . As a prescriber trying to advocate for a patient getting their meds this was disheartening. The pharmacy tech who sounded irritated as soon as she picked up , hung up in my face . I’ve never seen professionalism so low . Think about the patients ."

"One of the lanes of the Drive-Thru Pharmacy was out of order. They also had a pallet standing on its end and it was blocking emergency exit, which are both OSHA violations."

"BEWARE of this Pharmacy! This has to be one of the worst pharmacy in Florida. CVS you need to do better at this location. Pharmacy technicians need to be trained on how to speak to customers, medication guidelines, and how to use your own system. The pharmacist should also be trained on how to listen and speak to a customer. You cannot tell a customer three separate times the order wasn’t processed “for some reason” and come back tomorrow it will be ready. Five days later no order ready and I’m switching to another pharmacy. The store itself is up to standards but the pharmacy experiences are enough for me to stay away for good."
