"I booked the Hyatt Regency for my wedding night, but they were overbooked and turned us away. We went to Hyatt Place and they were phenomenal! Not only did they provide us with a room, they also surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a sweet note. Every time we walked in or out of the hotel, they congratulated us on our marriage and all of the staff was super friendly. The location is so close to a bunch of bars/restaurants/activities that we were able to walk everywhere. Thank you Hyatt Place!"

"Booked a 2-night stay for our youth group for a weekend at Universal Studios and I could not say more about the friendliness and excellence of the staff! First off, full serve Starbucks coffee items made to order for you downstairs in lobby for breakfast. With a group of 14, the front desk host was incredibly knowledgable and helpful in accommodating our room needs. Breakfast was wonderful and they provide shuttle services from the hotel to the park! Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend!"

"The rooms are very clean and they even allow dogs which is great. Very disappointed by the breakfast it was just very bad. They had pancakes that looked like the kind you put in a microwave to defrost, eggs that looked like the kind that's ready to eat from a bottle. Not much as far as meat. And they only had half and half for creamer. Just completely disappointing. But what was the most disappointing and made me wish I booked somewhere else was the fact that you gave a key to my room to someone else staying In the hotel. I had random people trying to get access to my room and if I had not put the lock on my door they would have entered. This is above all else a safety issue especially when I was staying there by myself with just my dog. What if something had happened."
