"I had to say goodbye to one of the most beautiful canine souls I have ever known. It was sudden, painful, and I felt lost. I reached out to the nearest emergency clinic I could find, and I was met with very compassionate and understanding staff from the get-go. I couldn't have asked for more from them. I applaud their excellent and consistent customer service. Thank you all for making this gray and major life event slightly easier to process in the best way you know how. Your efforts will always be well-remembered by my family and I. I wish you all success in your endeavors. The way you all are is what makes this field that much more special. Thank you."
"I don't nornally post many reviews but this team deserves it and I am happy to share my experience. My dog Logan, who was 10 years old, out of nowhere, on December 17th he stopped eating and he would lay down instead of walking around every time I took him out that day. I didn't want to wait until the next day because he was a little bloated and looked very tired. As soon as I got to the clinic they thought he might be constipated, just like I did. Never in a million years I would have thought he was bleeding internally and was so sick. He had his annual coming up in January, he was a healthy dog, never had an emergency...he was my soul dog. When the vet came out after some testing, I immediately knew something bad was going on. She gave me the worst news a vet could give. Logan had a tumor either in the spleen or the liver that had bursted, so even if he went through surgery that night, it was going to be a matter of days, weeks, maybe months of suffering. The vet did go through all the options and let me call my husband so he could come to say goodbye. She went through all the options again once my husband came, mind you we live 45 mins away, they let us think about it, they let us spend all the time we wanted with Logan... until they gently put him to sleep and let me hold him as much as I wanted before, during and after. We spent about 5 hours there, and all the staff showed an incredible understanding despite the state I was in, they gave me water after I fell from seeing my soul mate gone, they let me hug my baby until we left. It was the worst night of my life, but I can only be thankful for the entire staff for the treatment we all received and for the wonderful card we just got from them sending their condolences."
"Brought my two dogs in after they were attacked by 3 unleashed dogs and they immediately took them back and cleaned the wounds. We had to wait to pick up the one that took the brunt of the attack until the morning after her procedure. They didn't change me for her spending the night as they only had one doctor on at midnight Christmas Eve and fortunately, she was stable. She had to wait a few hours for her procedure, but they made sure her pain was controlled so it wasn't an issue. The price was completely reasonable as she was put under and got stitches in multiple areas. Every staff member I interacted with was so friendly and caring and I really felt that they cared about my girl. I really hope to not need their services again, but I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an emergency vet."
"If you love your pets, stay away from this location. They were quick in telling us our puppy was fine when in fact she was clearly sick. They were also quick to dismiss us and ask for money. The doctor was unfriendly and completely inadequate. Find yourself a better location if you are in need of an emergency for your pet."
"Thank you to the staff at your emergency clinic for taking such good care of our boy, Ziggy, when he needed it most. He gave us so much happiness for 15 years. He went from a normal day to labored breathing within 3 hours on a Saturday and your veterinarian was able to diagnose the issue and give us all of his options. While euthanasia was the only good option, your team took great care of Ziggy and us. Thanks again for your kindness."
