Wyndham Orlando Resort International Drive

"I cannot believe this is a Wyndham property. Staying here was a disaster. The room did not look like that of a 3-star hotel. There was no shower curtain. There was no toilet paper holder. There was a huge fresh wine stain on the carpet. There was rust in the air conditioner. By some grace, at least the beds and linens were clean. The service was terrible. The front desk was short-staffed and always had a 30 minute wait as I stood in line with others because clearly nobody is enjoying this place. After I inquired about parking and the front desk staff member said it's all included and dismissed me, I drove to my room on the other side of the campus to find out everyone has a required parking pass on their dashboard. I called the front desk and they said they would bring me a parking pass but no one did. Best of all (!) there is not enough parking on the campus and dozens of cars were parked on the curb. Including mine. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL."

"The rooms are clean, spacious, and come with a nice little balcony. The beautiful courtyard surrounding the pool is full of ducks and squirrels playing. Perfectly situated close to restaurants and Icon Park. For being so close to the action, the resort isn't noisy, it is rather peaceful. Will definitely be back."

"We ended up staying here because our normal hotels were booked due to the pro bowl and the pictures that they advertise with are misleading to say the least. I don’t know if they’re in the middle of renovations but the room I did stay in definitely had mold in the bathrooms you can see where the mold was, and they attempted to paint over it, but only painted parts of the ceiling upon checking in the front desk wasn’t that welcoming. In the toilet stopped working around 1 o’clock in the morning. I kind of had higher expectations for this place because it does say it’s a resort. It definitely was not worth the $250 I paid per room. The best thing about this place is the lobby. One of the bath tubs was disgusting my coworker put a towel in the tub in order to take a shower. My other coworker decided not even to get in the shower because of how bad it was. The hallways are rusted and you can smell the mildew. The bed sheets were covered in dog hair. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was dirty. You would think this place was close to the beach because of how rusty and corroded things were. Thankfully we only stood for one night. I hope they renovate this place soon it’s in a great spot. It’s a shame that they’ve let it fall like this"

"I have travels to many 3rd world countries where the hotel rooms are cleaner and better taken care of! 1. Doors don’t open or close without force. 2. Locks are loose. 3. Advertised with a mini fridge in room yet you have to call and ask for one. 4. Ice machines are broken. 5. Random druggies talking to the fences around the building. 6. Bathroom door doesn’t close all the way nor does it open without hitting the toilet. 7. When you speak with a manager their just oh well I’ll take off $16 for early check in. 8. They charge Wyndham resort prices yet provide the service of a rundown roadside motel! 9. Other members of are travel group had bedbugs in the room. 10. Conference Center had fleas in one of the meeting rooms!"
