"Highly recommend staying here. Top notch customer service begins the moment you get out of your car. All staff have been professional and welcoming. Beds are comfy. Pool has a great vibe. Drinks and food are great. Walking distance to Universal. Can also take the water taxi. Can't wait to come back!!"

"This is the closest place to the Universal theme parks and it's a fabulous place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and easily navigated, and the vibe was cool. I really like the water taxi and the walking path. I thought the Email and Bikini food concessions/convenience was overpriced. Especially considering what you are paying to stay here. So I just did instant cart and/or ate in the theme parks or City Walk. I'd highly recommend. Seeing the memorabilia is pretty amazing."

"The rooms seem older, but they are still nice. Everyone was super helpful and kind. While you're here, you have to eat the breakfast buffet in the kitchen. It was amazing. It makes other hotel breakfast buffets look like a joke. The older feeling rooms don't drop the star rating for me because they were still comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. 5 out of 5 for us."

"You can't beat the Hard Rock Hotel if you're going to the park. A beautiful short walk to both parks with great scenery. Rooms are wonderful and pool area is spectacular. A little pricey but worth the money for express passes and quality of staff."

"We were super impressed with this hotel! It’s definitely the best place to stay if you’re visiting Universal Studios. The pool area is incredible and the poolside service was impressive (some of the friendliest I have seen). The food at the pool was very good too. They play movies at night but they had an issue with player on two nights. The Palm restaurant didn’t impress us and can be missed. Our room was simple but nice. The cleaning staff did a good job but came too late in the day a few times. The hotel fixed the situation quickly though."
