"I recently had the pleasure of taking my four beloved Huskies to Dog Groomer Academy for grooming, and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service we received. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that this dog grooming salon is truly a cut above the rest. Ada, Ninah and the entire staff demonstrated a genuine passion for animals, and it was evident in the way they interacted with my dogs. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained. My dogs were stress-free and excited. What truly set our experience apart was the personalized care and attention each of my Huskies received. They took the time to understand their individual needs, quirks, and preferences, ensuring that the process was tailored to each of my dogs' temperaments. I appreciated their level of attentiveness when dealing with my dogs, especially my Pandora. Ninah and Ada handled her with finesse. The grooming itself was nothing short of stellar. It's clear that they are not only skilled professionals but also artists who take pride in their work. Moreover, it reassured me that my dogs' well-being was a top priority. "I brought my Calico cat to be shaved and she looks like they decided they didn't want to finish the job. I was told she couldn't shave certain parts because she had whiskers on the back of her legs and she was a certified cat groomer. Maybe she needs recertification. The outcome came out to be disastrous and very disappointing. One side of her leg is more shaved than the other her chest looks horrendous. It was overpriced for what she managed to do to my cat. It looks as if I gave a student groomer my cat. Never again."

"So very sad and disappointed. They told me they would call if there were any issues. They did not. They told me it would cost $65. The bill was $105. They shaved my poor boy down to the skin and blamed it on his matting. But why did they have to shave his poor fluffy tail?! I couldn’t be more disappointed in my experience. Please, find a different groomer. Even if they charge more."
