"I recently boarded my dog at Pet Paradise in Lake Nona, and overall, it was a positive experience. The facility is new and clean, and the staff is friendly. I appreciated the added touch of cameras to monitor my pet and the scorecard they provided, offering insights into my dog's stay."

"Night and day difference between this facility and the Orlando Airport location. Very clean, new facility and friendly staff. Similarly, they have booking thru the website, app, or phone. They offer free first time day camp to see how your pet responds to it. We took our dog in for a 4 night boarding. Here, they have outdoor play, day camp, a doggie pool and splash pad area, indoor only rooms, indoor outdoor rooms, and more. Lots of options for grooming packages as well. One of the features I appreciated most were the cameras to check on your pet in group areas. For this to work, you have to download their app. My only suggestion would be to allow for another camera angle or two, or at least to zoom in because we could see the group play, but not very well. Also, maybe to give owners an idea when playtime occurs so you know when to go on and look as I found that I had to check several times the first day to see anything (around 0930 and ithink 1200 I was able to see something each day) Great experience, great location near the airport, and I would recommend them and would return the next time I need to board my pet when traveling. Unfortunately, unless I was doing something in the area, it's not an ideal location for day camp due to the distance from my home."

"Would not trust anyone with my baby until I met Miss. Leidy here at Pet Paradise Lake Nona. She's loving, caring, and attentive to these babies. Chewie is now happy to stay for play-days, and I have peace of mind. Thank you Pet Paradise for having such wonderful staff!"

"we totally trust the staff and the people at pet paradise. We have left our fur Baby there at least four times and she is always well taken care of. It really is a brilliant place. There’s so much for the dogs and cats to do they have a pool they also have shaded areas and their own kennels. You can also keep an eye on your dog, as they have a camera set up that you can view from your mobile device the prices are reasonable but most of all I love the way the staff really go the extra distance and take care of your pets. I can’t say enough about pet paradise they really are on top of the game. It’s located in a nice area and it’s just simply very well organized and they really care which is what really makes it so special. Thank your pet paradise you guys are number one. I also should mention they have a veterinarian services and grooming services"

"Kailo had such a wonderful time at this facility! Not only is this location brand new, very large (two pools and four play yards, I think I heard?!), and extremely clean, but the workers were so good to Kailo! It was an easy sign in, and they just loved on him. Plus, he got SO much playtime! Every time we checked the cameras, he was outside!!! My husband and I love this location, and next time he needs a place to stay in Central Florida, we will be taking him here."
