"Love the care and attention to my dog Penny. She has been a patient here since she was born 4 years ago. She has had regular routine visits, the staff is always kind and caring. She originally came to us with kennel cough, her treatment prescribed was just what she needed to heal from it. She has been healthy ever since. We have followed her treatment of having her routine visits, shots, flea/ tic treatment, heart worm treatment and this has maintained her health along with her home care. The after hours line has been responsive and helpful on the few occasions we have had call. We are super grateful for Curry Ford Animal Hospital."
"TLDR: didn't take my concerns seriously and my cat suffered more. negligent I took my cat in because she was having difficulty eating and had significant weight loss. I mentioned that she struggled to eat, had a sudden preference for soft food, stopped grooming, and showed a decline in energy and mood. I told them that I was somewhat concerned about a few possible chronic illnesses, but that at the last visit (5 months ago) Dr. Mole mentioned something about build up and inflammation. I didn’t look further into this because my concern at that time was her obsessive grooming and asthma, but at this visit, I wanted them to double check her teeth and follow up with whatever it was that he said. I had my cat sedated because of how aggressive she is, so that they could check her teeth and gums and perform blood work. When I got her back, I was told that everything including her teeth looked fine. I was told to allow my cat free access to dry food and return in a month, even though I explicitly stated that she would not eat dry food. She was obviously in pain. A week went by and my anxiety grew in severity as my cat lost more weight and seemed even more miserable. I contacted the vet suggesting that my cat had teeth resorption, which I know can only be diagnosed using dental radiographs. However, there are still visible clues that can indicate tooth resorption such as difficulty eating, bad breath, a sudden preference for soft foods, and food falling out of your pets mouth. All of these issues were mentioned to the vet either at my last visit or via Televet. I was told that both Dr. Gray and Dr. Rosado, a board certified dental vet didn't think a dental cleaning and exam were necessary as they didn't notice anything that could cause pain or enough tartar on my cat’s tooth. I responded with more obvious symptoms of tooth resorption (eating on one side of the mouth and food falling out) asking what could be causing that, only to be met with no response at all."
"I am so happy to have a vet like Curry Ford Animal Hospital! I seriously don’t know what i’d do without them. They are extremely welcoming and each and every one of their staff members are awesome, friendly and informative. Their office and rooms are always clean and put together. You can tell just by talking to their staff that they love their jobs and are not just working “because it’s a job”, they have gone to great lengths to help me and my dog. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service and knowledge that i have received from the staff. They treat every animal just like their own and even know most of them by name! I have recommended this veterinary office to everyone and will continue to recommend Curry Ford Animal Hospital!!"
