"I took my senior dog in for a bath at 1pm which was her appt time. The bath should have only taken 30-40 minutes the most since she is a small dog. It was 2:30 so I called to see if she was ready and they told me my dog had a seizure andI needed to come immediately. I asked why didn't anyone call either numbers to let me know...The kept saying they did and left messages and texts and voice-mail on both numbers which of course was not true...only after I called at 230 is when me and my husband finally received a message. If my senior dogs appt was at 1:00 for just a bath which was not even done why am I receiving a message at 2:30 only after I reached out to them.. not sure if that was the owner but she was definitely very abrupt and rude like it was my fault they didn't call me immediately when her appointment was scheduled between 1:00 -1:30. Never again.."

"I can't wait to see ownership response. My 4yo English Golden Retriever was just attacked by an unleased dog in the entrance of this store. The attack continued outside and into the parking lot. I was offered a casual over the shoulder "sorry". I am completely floored by the unsafe environment both for pet and myself. Even more flabbergasted that the employees KNEW immediately that their dog was unfriendly and they would leave it UNLEASHED and resting in the entrance to their store. I have been a very loyal customer....never again."
