"Absolute best experience someone could have at an imaging center. I am a medical profession (which I did not disclose till the end) who was in need of an MRI and let me tell from scheduling to completing the scan was a such a pleasant experience. Cheree S. my MRI tech was the best very warm and efficient. I must say to know this facility is providing such caring, compassion service just warms my heart. I will not hesitate to refer my patients to this imaging center or return here myself. Thanks guys and keep up the good work."
"I needed pre-surgical wiring placed in a couple of breast lesions. I was terrified and at the last minute I started bawling (very embarrassed) as ultrasound done on my breast elsewhere was absolutely awful. The staff were all very accommodating to my needs. Tara was great with the meditation app and essential oils and holding my hand through a difficult procedure for me. Leeta was awesome calling me the day before and letting me know what to expect and also very gentle and sweet. Yenny the ultrasound tech was very gentle and Dr. Mondro has a great bedside manor. I will be switching where I go for mammograms and breast health to the comprehensive women's imaging center. They treat you like family, like a human, and especially like you matter! You are not just another product on an assembly line."
"BEWARE AND DO NOT GO HERE. I was refused a mammogram today. My doctor ordered one that did not coincide with what they "felt" I needed. They did not ask about my history or know my medical information, just based a decision on their opinion. And the woman doctor present said her "integrity" did not allow her to give me a mammogram today. Apparently her integrity or moral compass doesn't allow her to follow a doctor's orders either. She made that decision on what the tech said after talking to me for 2 minutes. I took time away from work for this and really needed to get it done. This "woman's" office really doesn't care about any woman's health or needs."
"The first Radiologist that assisted me explained things to me on the defense and made me feel super uncomfortable, she excused herself and Leata came in to assist. What a lovely woman, made me feel super comfortable, explained everything and tried to lighten the mood. Excellent experience that could have been way worse. Thank you both for working like a team!!"
