"Made a new patient appointment 3 months ago. Showed up 2 weeks ago to get blood work and today they tell me they don’t take my insurance. When I made this appointment 3 months ago I gave the lady on the phone all my insurance information. I have been trying to see a doctor for 3 months now…. even got a babysitter to watch my child for this appointment. What a waist of time and being poked for blood."

"I had really bad experiences with this office. I had to make repeated calls to get test results. Finally got them and they charged me a whole office visit just to read one plain English sentence. Never going back. Don't trust a place this negligent with test results. The Doctor said she would wave my copay but I still recieved a bill for it."

"Horrendous office. The people at the front desk don’t communicate with each other, and are disorganized. They are always running late - my first appointment - which was the FIRST appointment of the day, they were somehow already 20-30 minutes behind even though the day hadn’t even started yet. I ended up spending over an hour in the office between the check-in, waiting on the provider, waiting to get the prescribed re test for some blood work. In the over an hour that I spent there, the provider maybe spent 10 minutes with me. The provider clearly did not care at all about my questions. She barely made eye contact with me, she didn’t offer any thoughtful or insightful information, and frankly - she seemed in a bad mood and disinterested and like she didn’t even want to be there. She literally just read me my test results while staring at the computer, and any question I had about abnormalities, she gave me no actual answers or thoughts and just said that she would send me to a specialist. I was then scheduled for a telehealth follow up during which they were again, 15 minutes late - and then because I had to start my work day at that point - we had to rush through the information and the call lasted maybe 90 seconds. This is not the place to go if you need or want real care. This is clearly a business with a bottom line, and the bottom line is the priority - not the quality of care."

"I can only give this place a 1 star rating due to my experiences there. I do not recommend this place based on the referral department’ who put my health in jeopardy on several occasions. On two occasions I needed to be screened for two different types of cancer. I started requesting the referral for the specialists in August and because of one mistake after another by the referral department, I only was able to have my appointment a week ago in January! A procedure I was supposed to have in August was not done until January due to the referral department’s lack of either experienced people or concern for the patients. Either way it is causing me to have to look for another Doctor. This has happened on more than one occasion and the stress it causes as well as the risks to my health are not worth it ,no matter how good the staff may be. If I were a Practitioner there, I’d definitely leave for fear of tarnishing my reputation by working for a place like this. Don’t waste your time or risk your health here."
