"Terrible healthcare. They are disorganized and I consider them less than an urgent care facility. My blood pressure was not checked by Dr Garcia when elevated. Never had an MD not see this She complains about having 2,000 patients. Why tell me. I should be treated with utmost superior healthcare and was not. I would seek another office. I could go on with many other complaints from MD co pays hard to get into no follow up on blood pressure on and on. Going elsewhere"

"DON’T GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!! I have been a patient of the Cleveland clinic for over 10 years and my experience overall was pretty good. I had a primary care doc initially that was great! I have since then have had to switch multiple times. Currently under the care of Jessica Garcia…terrible doctor. She is insensitive, makes me feel like asking questions is a nuisance and it is like reaching out to Fort Knox for prescriptions. The overall office staff is rude and not helpful. I was given a phone call stating i may have cancer and she never follow up gave overwhelming information and i am not seeking a doctor elsewhere. Specifically this office is terrible but also calling is torture. The moment you walk in the cranky older woman ask like you shouldn’t impose on her life and ask questions. I was excited when it was first built because I didn’t have to go to WPB or Weston, but i would rather drive an hour then deal with this office ever again! I will say Dr. Hellman the GI doctor was amazing and shouldn’t be grouped in with this terrible office."

Came out and had the best attitude and after her Dr. Hellman was also nice easy to talk to and it felt good to see people with loving ❤️ attitudes. Thanks Danielle and Dr. Hellman. "Scheduled my appointment a month in advance. They canceled on me the week of and told me the next available appointment wasn't for another month. Because the doctor had a meeting! Did not care that I had to request time off work to schedule the appointment. Could not be bothered by my health concerns and request to see the doctor sooner. The doctors time was more important then mine. Update: was on hold for 21 minutes with the actual office and no one answered."
