"I received a last minute stress test with Akumin for an upcoming surgery, not only were they able to accommodate me, they were also able to accommodate the location that I needed. As if that weren’t good enough the Radiology tech Liz and Medic Robb were so helpful and moved the crowd of people in and out seamlessly while managing to keep a smile on there face and a good word to share to allow you to feel most comfortable in what can be a not so comfortable time. Everyone I came in contact with from the front desk lady smiling at 6:14am all the way through were a pleasure to give my business, think this will be my new Radiology place. Thanks again for everything."

"I was concern about a letter I received asking me to do additional image. I went in person to pick up the CD and I asked at the front desk why I need more images and the girl at the front desk very nice listen to me and took me to see the Ultrasound person YUNIA. She took the time and explained me everything very professionally. I wish every doctor, every person in the medical field take the time to talk to patients. "Have used Akumin 3 times at this location and we were impressed with the efficient & cheerful service. The waiting room was crowded but they processed patients thru quickly. We were in and out for a CT scan in under 45 minutes."

"Waited until the day of my appointment to tell me they couldn’t perform the imaging that was ordered. I made 3 calls prior to the appointment to confirm that everything was set. After cancelling several work meetings and planning my day around this- I was told they could not perform it. I will be filing a complaint with MQA. I work in the medical field so I understand the importance of providing quality medical care. Apparently, they don’t. I can’t imagine a client walking into their appointment with me and then being told that I don’t provide a particular treatment modality (at the start of their session) and then sending them home. As a responsible clinician, I should have researched this when they first made contact and directed them to the right provider. This is considered a delay in treatment which now becomes a legal matter. I would not recommend this place at all."
