"Every RAYUS Radiology rendezvous is a tour down the efficiency and warmness fields. Their appointment system is smooth, effortless—almost like slicing a cake with a hot knife. And the people who work there distribute help and smiles as lavishly as a high roller in Las Vegas. Results? They come whizzing down the pipe with Swiss punctuality, normally taking a mere three days to leap from the mysterious innards of their machines to my awaiting hands. Saturdays, my secret weapon, the day I plunge into their less frenetic waters and stake my claim in that precious calm before the storm of weekdays sets in."

"Made an appointment for bone density and MRI at the Wellington office. I was not told that my 7:15am appointment was at a different location than my 8 appointment. Then I come back to the other office for my bone density and 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment I asked how much longer. They then tell me that they can’t get the machine to work. I rescheduled for this week having to fill out pre registration for the 3rd time. Upon returning to work there was a message from RAYUS at 8:03 telling me about rescheduling, Why are they calling my work # when I am at there office for my appointment????? Then I get a text asking me for the prescription for the test. They called me to set up the appointment, so THEY had to have the prescription to call Me. This was the worst ever experience,wishing there was somewhere else to have these appointments!"

"My mother had an appointment at 5:20. They told us to arrive 15 minutes earlier. We did and they didn’t take her in until almost 7:00. The waiting room cleared out TWICE while I was waiting for her. Then when they took my mother in the back, they thought they were sneaky by just putting her in the back thinking she was going to get her MRI done. When I asked the front desk, they told me that they had some “hard patients” so that’s why it took so long. Another woman was there with a 5:40 appointment and left WITH HER DISC at 6:00. So it’s total lies. When you make your appointment be sure the check every 5 minutes or they will skip over you like they did my mother. PS. It’s 7:05 and I’m still in the waiting room waiting for my mom. Absolutely ridiculous!!"

"This was our second time at this facility. While the people initiating the test were good, the overall experience of getting the results has been terrible! I don’t understand why it takes so long to get results! First, they called me and rescheduled my daughter’s MRI appointment because their machine was broken. We gladly accepted the time change, only to be told after we had the test was done that the results will take 7 to 10 days? Are you freaking kidding me? This is a 19-year-old who had to have her second MRI scan of her brain and she has been panicking ever since as I have. I’ve called the office every day and I keep getting the same response that they would escalate it and still we have heard nothing. There is absolutely NO excuse for results to take that long! They should advise patients beforehand that results would take that long BEFORE even making the appointment. The reason for these types of test are so important to get results immediately so that we know what we’re dealing with and how to treat a potential issue. They told me they have several radiologists so then why is it taking so long? If they can’t read reports the day of or the second day, they should not be accepting this many appointments. Had we known it was going to take this long I never would’ve gone here, mind you I have myself had many tests done at different facilities and always had a quick turnaround with results as have my daughters. There is no excuse and the girls at the front desk are extremely unhelpful. Fix the problem of getting results to your patients! This is unacceptable!"

"The facility is very clean. The reception staff is polite and pleasant. The tech staff is helpful and kind. The halls were decorated for Halloween and it seemed that staff were in good Halloween spirits."
