"Doctor was nice and very smart but if you’re looking for someone to prescribe you meds from outside normal GP stuff he won’t. (Which is valid but I was on a med for a long time and the med itself is super safe) But what I really don’t like is they automatically make you apts without you giving approval. Luckily they remind you prior so I can cancel but it’s still not cool What if I didn’t cancel and they decided to send you a no show charge? Plus reception is very “cold” no warmth."

"There is a receptionist at this office who is extremely rude and doesn't allow for a patient to finish talking! This women didn't properly greet me on the phone and didn't listened to my question/concern that I asked about their appointment system. I will not come to office that has a terrible staff member who doesn't have proper phone etiquette and needs more training on providing better customer service to the patients who call or enter the office! Dr. Chris, this is just terrible on your end to hire someone like that! I'm not surprised to see there is other reviews about the same receptionist not allowing someone to finish talking! Thats enough proof to show the lack of service from this office!"

"The worst doctors office I have ever been to. Dr. told me he can’t diagnose me with anything until I get Covid tested. So I did so I got Covid tested and It came out negative and I tried contacting the doctor six times in one day and he would not call me back to prescribe me medication that I am needing. I now have to go to the emergency room because my PCP won’t even give there patients a call back. I do not recommend anybody go to the doctors office."
