"Can't say I have experienced the long wait times mentioned here. The waiting room has been full, but patients are moved thru quickly & efficiently. The office staff, as well as the tech staff, are professional and caring. We have had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend this facility."
"I am always able to get quick appointments and enjoy talking with their staff and techs who all you through the procedures! Went in for a scan that I didn’t know would take two hours, but while waiting I was constantly being checked on and my favorite is that they are quick about getting reports back! My doctors usually receives them within 24 hours if not sooner. Thank you to the techs and all the staff for your hard work!"
"Ok where do I start this is my 2nd appointment that I woke up early to get there in time. This time had to be there at 6:30am in the morning got there on time just to be told I would either have to reschedule or come back at 8:00am because they forgot to get authorization from my insurance company which they told me they would the last time I went there and could not get seem because of the same problem. This is totally unacceptable showed no kind of sympathy that I had to wake up at 5:30am to get there in time for my appointment just either reschedule or come back at 8am. And on top of everything they don’t even know if the Machine that does the CT scan is working or not. WOW I’m a lost for words."
"Awful customer service... No return calls then rude staff who knows nothing about customer service or common courtesy of a call back! Maureen called herself the office manager but could not handle a simple question. You have no business conducting a office in Wellington if you can’t delivery proper business etiquette. That’s just 101 business. ...then had the gall to ask for a $20. Charge for a duplicate disc... really?"
"I dislike places that take an appointment and then have no respect for it. My 2 appointments were at 9:15, I was there at 9:00 Did not get seen for first one until 10:00 and after complaining at 11:00 did not get out until noon. Your time is not important there. Friendly enough staff but seem to be in no hurry, with a waiting room full of people"
