"I would love to say that these guys are good but I can't... I had two times they screwed me over on two different properties that I wanted to rent and drove all the way from Atlanta area to look at and the first one they rented before I got down there (no phone call so I didn't waste a trip down there ) and then the second one I went down there and talked with a person on the phone about another place,only to find out after I was already down there that they pulled it off the market because of floor rot... Commination is key for a company everyone that works there should know what's going on with their properties.. But these guys didn't and wasted my time and money on two different occasions and I will never suggest or send anyone to them because they don't deserve the headache of an incompetent company that can't do a descent job of running their company and properties..."

"If I could give no stars, I would; after I turned in a rental application I waited the time period I was told to wait to find out if I got approved, but no one ever called me back. I repeatedly called the office, e-mailed and left messages regarding my application status but no one ever responded. It's cool if I didn't get the place but I would have liked to at least gotten notice that I wasn't approved. Ultimately I'm glad because if this is how they handle an application process, I'm quite sure they are awful at managing rental properties as it relates to maintenance request and what not; I Ultimately feel like they just took my application to collect the application fee and make money. They seem very unprofessional and unorganized as well because I remember calling the older woman that works at the office and she said she is with her grandchildren, she'll have to return my call regarding the application status and she never did return that call."
