"Okay, I can’t even begin to explain the level of garbage this place is. From the staff to the apartment itself, you’re better off living in Yamacraw. On my move in day, everything was completely filthy so they gave me $100 back to not complain about it. During my VERY short time here, I had the garbage disposal go out, issues with the washer and dryer function, and bug infestation. Anytime you called the front office with an issue, they took an attitude. The turnover rate for managers is absurd and each one of them avoids addressing the very obvious issues almost every resident brings to their attention. I ended up breaking my lease because I couldn’t stay another minute in that place. By the end of it, they tried charging me random surprise extra fees after I paid an early termination fee. The place is just a joke and for the money they try to sham you into paying, it is 0% worth it. I live in Richmond Hill now and pay less for more and the quality of where I’m living is fantastic. Bottom line: DONT MOVE HERE. The reviews are very real! Save your money."

"Things were filthy when we moved in. And there are roaches! People mandatory play a cleaning fee before moving, and this place wasn’t cleaned beforehand. Multiple things broken. We could have done better on our part but had to come back a few times for not having done something we were supposed to- lack of communication. The staff is super nice though!"

"Some of the Office staff needs better communication with residents and needs to not feel like residents are a bother. Maintenance Staff with the exception of Brandon needs major improvement. Office Assistant Manager Shannon asked me if I wanted out of lease since it seemed my service standards couldn’t be met. Office staff Erica is just ignorant and doesn’t listen as she told me ”that’s racist” when I was simply trying to describe a contractor they sent to my door as “Spanish Speaking”. But what can I expect when their leadership -a member of operations management who I have never meant before named Tiffani Hutcheson- greets me with “what is it now?” Am I the topic of gossip in your office. How unprofessional and discriminatory on Ms.Hutcheson’s part having never reached out to hear my side of any issue. And the whole point of this- is if there were not so many maintenance issues that take days on end and repeated work order requests to resolve then there would not be a problem at all."

"We couldn't be happier in our new place. Move in was a breeze and Management staff is super friendly and very helpful with anything we had questions on. Kizzie is the best! If you're looking for a nice quiet community apartment complex to move into, I would say your first choice should be here."

"Me and my husband moved in February with a room mate release. I love it here. It is so quiet back here with no police issues. Anytime a ticket is put in for maintenance it is taken care of normally within 24 hours. I love the amenities. We took full advantage of the pool this summer. Only downside is my husband is on night shift and the landscapers always wake him up on the days they are here. The way we are treated here makes us want to stay for a long time. Thank you for making it a pleasant place to live."
