"If I could leave ZERO stars I would. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE TO 20-D LANSING, IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! These people are nothing but slumlords. Put in work orders the so-called maintenance man never shows up. They asked if we could fix it ourselves and if not that he would come by and check it out. One of the times he finally did, he complained about the dog barking. Over 5 work orders had to be put in for a leaking sink, the washing machine hook up flooded into the hallway and they never cleaned the carpet for that. Had to practically beg for a new fridge because the 1st one wasn't keeping the food cold and my food was going bad. The fridge they brought had cracked crisper drawers and was full of bugs!! Erica the assistant manager is rude and un-professional and so is James the maintenance man."

"Never anywhere to park management doesn't care always trying to tow your car if parked in their spot and I'm the one paying rent also its mixed with section 8 rent is to high for this place no trash compactor and the flies on our back porch is ridiculous and upstairs is so hot."

"Before renting here, keep this in mind. This apartment complex is mixed with section-8/ income assistance and others that have to pay full-price rent. Also if you have more than 2 cars you fight for parking spots. Meaning if somebody parks in front of your apt. you have to park 5-6 spots down. Also there are no garbage compactors on site. You have 2 garbage cans you have to roll out every Monday and deal with all the flies on your back porch. And upstairs in my apartment and my friends apartment are very hot and not well insulated (high energy bill a/c ). If I’d have known better I wouldn’t even have rented here. This place also closes up early around 4:40 or 4:45 so don’t bother coming up here after then. *"
