"Not responsive to work orders in a timely fashion. Take maintenance word over the resident. Rarely answers the office phone. Constant snakes, spiders & lizards entering the home & they can't do anything about it. These homes are too expensive to have this type of problem. Not comfortable at all!!"

"This community is not worth renting in, The whole community has gone down hill since the new management team took over. But lets get this straight too, the old team before this one was not good at up keep either. Slow to respond to any inquiry, slow to repair facilities. Definitely not worth the money per month."

"I moved in to this community before it was completely finished. I watched my neighbors houses get built and two years later two things I was told that would be available. (1) gated backyards (2) community pool Not complaining or anything it is what it is. That is what sums up 4 instead of 5 stars for me."

"Houses are new and nice looking but things break a lot(management usually fixes quickly) when we first moved in a year ago it was a nice community. Now the park is constantly trashed and vandalized, trash all over neighborhood, landscaping is not done very well(been here year and mulch has not been changed). New people in the neighborhood cause disturbances frequently. Also when we moved in we were told there would be a pool built, absolutely not."
