"Terrible service. These people do not fix things. Spend your money elsewhere they are currently being sued by multiple tenants as well."

"This complex is not good quality. My God Mother Darlene Cotton live there with her disabled daughter. The management doesn’t do anything to help the tenants. The dumpster always have trash all over the ground that’s unacceptable. There’s no ground keepers.The apartments have leaks and air unit goes out and they don’t care to try to help. Most time they don’t answer the phone to report the problem."

"They are very unprofessional there’s just a new shell put on but the actual internal workings are garbage there is an on-site manager but that doesn’t help you they also have on-site maintenance men that doesn’t help you either I went 45 days without any AC a branch on their property bust through the sliding door at 11:40am at 8:06pm it was still the same on-site manager will NOT give out owners info yet she will NOT do anything except come up with excuses why nothings happening PLEASE do waste your time money or energy on this place YOU WILL REGRET IT……. I put one star only because I couldn’t post without putting at least one but they are a negative 100"

"I stayed in these apartments 4 yrs ago !!! This places is haunted!! Me and my family experience shadow and a little boy running through the apartment. One of our Neighbors over the thanksgiving holiday. Hung himself from the blinds in the frontroom. In the apartment in the front across from the office.Come to find out people was mysteriously deading in this place. I don't recommend nobody living here at this residents. Unless you like the supernatural putting knifes in your cake. slamming doors and waking up to pillows on top of your face!!!"
