"For those who never received their $300 deposit back start a lawsuit! They are purposely misleading! I have one in the works now as they advised my bank that it was valid charge and it’s been past 30 days and no check! They purposely mislead in the terms and conditions so that you can’t get your money back! It doesn’t even show you will get $300 back but they verbally tell you this! Lawsuit loaded and ready! Everyone is struggling and instead of refunded the money back you keep it? This is horrible but say no more!"

"3rd UPDATE: My experience with them wasn't good at all. My application was denied which is fine, so I called the office to find out what my next steps were and if I could get my deposit back. The young lady tells me corporate will be mailing me a check within 30 days!!! Excuse me?! But it took them less than 5 mins to take it off my debit card. Plus it states on the deposit agreement that it would be returned within 7 days of application was denied. I ended up doing a dispute with my bank and it was returned to me on a provisional period until the end of January. Good thing I still held on to the check they sent at the end of December. I figured they would try to take it back. Smh. The selection process is very suspicious for apartments that go by income. I've been in Georgia for years and this has never happened to me ever!!!! Smh. People, please research these companies before applying to them. The company is Dominium management company and their reviews are not good. They are from out of state which explains a lot. "whoever Michelle is, is rude… VERY RUDE! she called when I was working & hung up because I placed her on hold for a few seconds. when I called back, she had the same bad attitude & told me I would be getting mailed a check in 30 days when online says within 7 days!"

"Application denied and funds weren't refunded! Disputed with Bank and they returned money to find out that Promenade refused to return funds without explanation. Why the hell would I pay you $338 for a Apt that I am not able to get into and not receive a refund for it?? I will be coming to the office directly for my refund and will call authorities if necessary to file a report. Nothing but a bunch of SCAM artists and liars down here in Georgia. It's absolutely ridiculous"

"The same thing has happened to me as mentioned by other reviewers. Except it’s past 30 days and I still have not received my money back. Items listed on my report were incorrect. It’s a complete scam taking all these fees and denying applicants. I have called many times without resolution."
