"Hotel is nicely done. Breakfast was good Getting into the room required 3 trips to the lobby. The person across the hall had issues getting in too. Very annoying and no apology."

"Exit 218, Comfort Suites in McDonough, GA, is our goal when traveling from Michigan to Florida for the winter. Has been our resting place for several years and we've NEVER been disappointed with the inviting, clean room, comfortable bed, peaceful atmosphere, helpful staff and tasty Southern breakfast of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy! We always start our second day with a restful attitude and nourished body! Thanks.... see you next year!"

"Just checked in and got my room. First impressions, check in went smoothly, front desk manager was very polite and informative. I had trouble with my key card and she promptly assisted me and took care of the issue. Room is very clean and smells nice. AC/heat works well. The bed and pillows look comfy. Plenty of places to eat nearby. A Culver's is within walking distance. Over all, I give this hotel a 5 star rating."

"I went in today around 740p. To drop something off. The receptionist was in the lobby infront of the TV watching, wearing indoor slippers. I asked her if she could call up the room to let them know I dropped it off. She yelled, she's not going to do it, I need to call myself. She was very loud and rude, never came out of her seat from infront of the TV. Just yelled at me while I was standing at the front desk. I guess she gets paid to not work, just watch TV in the lobby."

"BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES STAY AWAY!!! Was misinformed by the front desk staff about booking a room for a night. The owner basically said “ oh the person is new who misinformed you but if I let you stay I’ll be losing money. He offered to discount a 173 night to 109 (their hotel is going for 99 a night online). Meanwhile I just lost money based on information from a front desk staff that obviously missed a few days of training. Very unprofessional and not customer oriented. If your employee gives the wrong information it shouldn’t be on the customer to have to pay the consequences. So here I am almost midnight trying to find another hotel because I refuse to lose any more money to this poorly ran business. I would avoid this hotel or maybe just ask if the person at the front desk is new or not."
