"The ONLY reason this place gets a star is the staff was phenomenal I've never met nicer people in the service industry the rooms however were mediocre at best. The sheets looked as the havent been changed stained with yellow, white stains on bed skirt(only imagine what that must have been), night stand top bubbled so badly unable to set a glass flat on the surface, what appears to be water damage from the floor above leaking from ceiling, paint bubbled and cracked, spills running down walls onto carpet near beds,there was what I could only expect to be urine running on the bathroom walls, dirt cakes in the corners and the floorboards, the carpet was so nasty after washing my feet they turned black from walking on the carpet, there were feet print on the ceiling of all places. Bugs in the broken widow seals. The door hinges were not secure. The top one was only rigged on causing the door to not securely close and left huge gap. Anyone walking down hall able to see directly into room. The hot breakfast that is advertised...not so hot. Biscuts no gravy hot boiled eggs stale bread and grits. If you were lucky you might have gotten a spotted bannana and a yogurt cup, dont expect to keep your drinks or food cold in room because the fridge sont work either. Dont let the photos fool you all the beautiful trees and places to sit outdoors were all cut down and just thrown in a big ugly pile in front of the building. This is just an awful place to stay for the amount of money and the 12 hours drive to stay. DAY 2 of the worst stay of my life! My husband entered hotel before I did. As I walked in behind him 20 minutes later I found the lobby doors locked( not locked first night) there is a man (later found to be hotel employee)sitting on the sofa in the lobby he points to the phone on the outside wall and to the key card transmiter as he notices I can not enter. I pick up the phone just to listen to it ring for what felt like forever in the cold. I was left to sit in the cold while he stared at me. As I realized he had no intention of letting me in or assisting me in any way. I began setting off my car alarm until my husband got out of bath and it caught his attention(this went on from 11:40pm until I2:26am) He walked past the rude employee sitting on sofa enjoying his snack staring at me and the front desk clerk to grant me access. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER WITNESSED 2 GROWN MEN BE SO WORTHLESS TO ALLOW A WOMAN TO STAND IN THE COLD AND NOT EVEN OFFER ASSISTANCE. TO THE TWO EMPLOYEES I HOPE YOUR MOTHER IS PROUD OF THE MEN YOU ARE NOW AND BETTER MORE HOPE YOU DONT HAVE SONS TO PASS YOUR TRAITS DOWN TOO!!! AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST!"

"Cleanliness needs to be improved. Cheap furniture and linens. Vinyl couch, faux leather. Thin cotton sheets and pillows, towels too. Dirt in the corners and under the bed. Floor mopped that left a residue and felt kind of sticky/soapy."

"I loved my 4 night stay here. EMMA in the Breakfast area is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!! Traci at the front counter in the evenings is also AWESOME! Can not say enough about the service and the nice rooms."
