"Good 1/2 way location for our trip. Clean uncluttered atmoshpere. New lighter paint on the walls gave the room more cheer, spaciousness & light reflection. They forgot to put towel racks back up. Wadded wet towels attract mold. The king bed was comfy. The young lady checking us in at 7pm was friendly, professional, & helpful, recognized our Hilton honors status favorably. Breakfast "hostess" was hostile & unwelcoming, didn't care or interact with guests, stirred drama & conflict with coworkers. Checkout was smooth, we were encouraged to return."

"I had a disappointing experience at the Hampton Inn. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the price had changed, and not in a favorable way. The unexpected increase left a negative impression, and it felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. Communication about pricing should be transparent to avoid such frustrations. Not to mention the door to my room was already open. The glass that goes in the microwave was left on the drawer and also the room wasn’t clean properly. Horrible experience :(. Changing the price at check in definitely confirmed my fears that I was in scam city."

"Found bugs in my room. They supposedly have an everything reception hour from 5pm to 7pm on Wednesday however they had nothing setup even at 5:40pm so I left for dinner without getting any food or drinks as promised at hotel. Honestly, I don't think I would return in the future . Lots of other hotels that are cheaper and offer a full service barlin this area. Very disappointed because I eogbg"

"Absolutely the dirtiest hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. Upon checking in, the night receptionist provided me with keys that did not work to the room. I had to wait for her to bring a replacement set, just to go into the room, and it was filthy dead bugs on the floor, floors that we’re not swept and dried up toothpaste in the sink. I was advised to come back down to the lobby, where the night receptionist walk me to another room that had vomit dried up in the sink again, and the floors were not swept. The night receptionist walked into the second room with me, and kept apologizing, and said they have housekeeping management that are supposed to ensure clean and tidy rooms, and she didn’t know what to say because it was so gross. I made a complaint with Hilton Honors customer service and they said someone from this location would reach out regarding my stay in a week later no one has followed up. So much for satisfaction guaranteed I guess, because I am the absolute opposite of satisfied. I will be sure to share my dissatisfaction across all social media platforms, along with all travel sites. This is unacceptable, and I expected better from Hilton."

"We stayed here for an overnight stay and we are well pleased with Maria’s customer service. We got a king room and upon entering we noticed the toilet was leaking, we called her at the front desk and she moved us to another room (jr.king suite) without any problems. We appreciate her quick response and customer service. We will book again."
