Quality Inn & Suites McDonough South I-75

"Nice and close to the highway but missed having a chair in the room znd the hot breakfast was non-existent, just coffee. The toilet paper holder was broken. The USB plugs by bed didn't work. Staff was friendly and restaurants were close but sketchy neighborhood to walk in."

"This place is terrible. The room was filthy with a stale cigarette smell with an attempt to cover it with a spray. There was an ashtray in the room, although it was a non smoking room. The staff was not friendly or welcoming when we arrived. We did not feel safe there and felt it should have been better being a Quality Inn. When we asked for a refund, the staff stated “I can’t do it.” I would give it a 0 star rating."

"They are in the middle of a remodel which is good, but the housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. The room was okay but it could have been cleaner. The location was not ideal. We were in a semi truck with 53' trailer(they said they had semi parking)and it took 30 minutes to get out of the parking lot."

"This place was terrible. We asked for 2 queen beds and a pull out couch because we had 4 adults and 3 kids but they only had a room with 2 queen beds. So we asked if we could get a couple of extra blankets to make the kids a small pallet on the floor and they flat out told us no. There were alot of empty rooms so I’m sure they could spare 1 or 2 blankets. We got in our room and it had no towels at all , and it wasn’t the cleanest room. There was a guy parked out in front of our room sitting in his car playing the radio loud and drinking. The thick curtain didn’t close it only had a sheer curtain that closed so the lights from the main road kept our room lit up all night & the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. The only reason I gave any star is because it wouldn’t let me leave it empty otherwise the only stars this place would’ve gotten was for the location and the rest would’ve been left empty !! I travel a lot so I have stayed in many different hotels and I have to say that this was the worst place that I have ever stayed at!!"

"Didn’t feel comfortable upon arriving. Person walking around our truck while my husband was checking us in then actually walked into the lobby asking him for money. Asked for a non smoking room and the room smelled horrible especially like cigarettes and perfume."
