"Worst hotel I have stayed at. Lights keep flickering, microwave doesn't work. The TV went out after it was on about 5 minutes. The water didn't even work right. Not going to take a chance on taking a shower. I hope the toilet works. The room that they gave us when we got here hadn't even been cleaned."

"The location is always great as this is where we stay when we drive from Florida to visit a family member in a nursing home. But my experience with the STAFF this time wasn't as pleasant as my last. The gentleman that we dealt with was not plesant. When we checked in, my husband was told we had booked for 16 days when my receipt from the booking app clearly stated 1 night. As we were unloading the car and I had loaded up with bags in tow, someone came out and proceed to tell me I couldn't park in a public parking space. "It MUST be left open JUST IN CASE a semi comes in." This happened the first time we visited as well. He then proceeded to tell me it was HIS establishment to do as he chose which was unacceptable. Without customers, your establishment wouldn't survive. Customer service is everything and while I understand this is a Motel 6, just because it's your property, doesn't make it right to flex that weight when your customers are paying!!!!!!"

"beds are not comfortable at all i feel like i been sleeping on concrete all night for starters . secondly, why would u put 1 towel and 1 washrag in a double room ?? next , yes pets are free of charge but Thank God i had his cage with us or we would’ve had to find somewhere else to stay . When i took my dog out to use the restroom, as i was coming back in i was approached by a man who looks like he has no work relationship with this motel and if he did his appearance was very unprofessional. anyway, i was told that i took my dog to the wrong patch of grass to pee in …… doesnt make sense to me. but as a young woman at a sketchy hotel im not walking across the hotel to take my dog out. im going to where i can see my door & my people in my room can see me. yall have not considered people’s safety when making these unnecessary rules regarding pets. and for next time, have someone from the front desk approach the guest, not someone who looks like any other guest here. and lastly, this is not the staff’s fault but the LOCATION . u will be hearing sirens, trucks, and fast engines all night… & dont get me started on the train ."

"I am myself a hotel manager somewhere but I can't believe I wasted my time and money staying at this trashy hotel. Let me tell you, this place should be shut down immediately! The manager? Oh, don't get me started on that arrogant piece of work. And the property itself? Filthy beyond belief! I've never seen such a disgusting establishment in my life. But wait, it gets worse! It seems like the management couldn't care less about basic hygiene because bed bug issues were rampant among the other guests. And cleanliness? It's non-existent! I wouldn't be surprised if this place had never seen a cleaning crew. I'm warning everyone I know, and even those I don't, to never subject themselves to the horror of staying at this sorry excuse for a hotel. Save yourself the trouble and sleep in your car instead. It'll probably be cleaner and more comfortable!"
