"I checked in October 14th around 6:45 p.m. The desk clerk Dawanne was very attentive to my needs. She changed my room because of a different area I had wanted. She made me feel at ease and went out of her way to help me feel welcome. Customer service is key above anything else to people like me who are "fruitful in years". I would like for her to get a very special thank you.. It was my first stay in this hotel and the rooms were very impressive. Very pretty bright bedspreads, wood floors and decorative accessories. "Cost too much for what is offered. Now the breakfast that is offered is nice and better than what others have if any and its next to two gas stations and a waffle house within walking distance."

"Been here few days for business and I could say I would definitely book back again for FIFA2026. Mercedes Benz Stadium is roughly 30mins away. For the price and distance from Atlanta I would definitely take it. Also is very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. A+..!!!!"

"This was my 3rd time staying here and unfortunately the 3rd time was not the charm. The room had a weird smell, almost like old stale smoke even though I had a non smoking room. The shower wasn't the cleanest. I had to go downstairs twice because my key didn't work. The elevator sounded like it was in need of repairs. The lady who checked me in was nice...everyone else seemed bothered. Housekeeping only made up one bed. Oh and there was no breakfast. I'll stay in a different hotel next time I'm in the area."
