"Horrible horrible place to live it’s roach infested and there is no maintenance. Most of the units should be condemned, the rent is wasaaaaay to high for those apartments."

"I gave an overall 4 stars because for this to be an older apartment complex it still has a lot of quality to these apartments. The area is quiet. Very kid-friendly neighborhood. The only downfall is the mold inside the apartments and the one maintenance person for two complexes. I tried my best to get rid of the mold and to keep it away but it always come back. I feel like if the owners not the manager would put some T.L.C into their investments they could really be worth the rent they charge. But like I stated earlier overall an good quality apartment. No one or nothing is perfect!"

Before the funeral home had her body in the herst the apartment manager was knocking on the door and telling us we ha 9 days to get everything out of the apartment ..."
