"Only one maintenance guy actually doing work in the entire complex. You'll wait weeks before he gets to your appt to fix some stuff. You'll be calling weekly to ask/ beg for repairs and follow-up. Living here is better than living in your car i guess."

"I have lived here 4 years and would love to stay another year if I could. My neighbors are all kind understanding. I've had the same neighbors since I've lived here. We all help each other and look after our group. I've lived in several apartments over the years and understand how the apartment life can be. Yes you'll have a bit of noise on occasions and drama but this is how it is when you have such a large group of people together in one area. Felicia has answered every complaint I have ever had. She is always in office if you need her. The children's playground is nice and a good way to help the kids blow off steam. There are a lot of kids around as well. Grass always stays cut. I reported two issues total in four years of being in my apartment. Both of them were taken care of within a week. Thanks Sable Chase for helping me get on my feet. I'll be closing on my house soon so I'll miss you. I'll still be returning to kick it with my neighbors from time to time!"

"Sable Chase is cheaper than any apartment, they allow anyone to move in. It is not family friendly. The Leasing office refuse to step up to control the loud noise and the neighborhood. The Police is called instead of reaching out to the Leasing office. For example an Elderly lady lives next door , her neighbor cannot control his Son and his loud music. We have to deal with the noise and fighting. The Leasing office will not intervene. Do not accept cheap over quality."

"If I could give this place no stars I would. Please do not move here. Appearance wise this is a nice place, however there is non stop drug activity every single day, gang activity, shootings, fights, stabbings and ao on. If we would have read the rating before we moved we definitely would have chose somewhere else. We did not know how bad this place was until we moved here. Management does not care about any problems or issues that are reported and they do not care about the safety of the Renters nor their families. There has already been a murder here as well as another violent incident just this morning where stirs were tapped off, markers were all over the place and they were analyzing blood splatter. This place is horrible and not safe please do your research before deciding where to move ."
