"I would not recommend moving here. I have been renting here for 2 years and this has been my worst renting experience ever. Just as the other reviews states the office staff is rude and really just put you off like you did something wrong; like i pay you to live here! And the maintenance staff say they are going to fix somthing but dont. For months i have complained about a water leak that i experience through my window when it rains but was informed it happens in other units not just mine and its the gutters. Which I really don't get. I have did everything possible to get them to fix called, sent emails with pictures and vidoes of the issue and no response. So, now its starting to mold near the areas where the water leak is. Its sad to pay to keep a roof over your head but consistently worried about your safety and health. And this not the only issue but one i feel is high on my list. And just as the other reviews stated gate broken, staff ignore your request to fix items the list goes on."
"I wouldn't even give a star if possible. The management doesn't listen to tenants or they lie to your face saying that they will fix the problem but don't. Management is rude but nice all at same time. Apartments are not truley up to code with front doors not being able to shut with a so called security system. Mold all over the windows and seals and then throughout the apartment and on the walls. German roaches like crazy. Water damage from previous tenants that management did not fix properly but had new tenants move into. No dishwasher for 4 months, no washer/dryer for 2 monthes, garbage disposal disgusting because of flies and bugs and not cleaned properly. The issues of the apartments have been turned in to the management but rarely anything gets done properly. Good luck getting pest control or management to work with you as a tenant to actually fix what needs to be fixed. And I haven't even listed everything. Spoke with other tenants going through the same things and management not caring about fixing anything or working with you. These apartments are not worth the time or money. Go somewhere else where someone cares and are more reliable"
"(STAY FAR AWAY)! Ms. Dumb Denise have no idea how to do her job, very forgetfull, says one thing then do the other, has no respect, lies to much, has plenty excuses. Ms. Mary pretends to be nice with her soft spoken voice but is really a wolf in sheep's clothing. She has been there long, while many other staff members are constantly changing each month and she has never made it to management " something seems strange about that". The bills changes every month without your knowledge and the apartments are not worth it. Much more to say but will be writing forever so I'll end with STAY FAR AWAY!"
"We are currently residents and since moving in we have had nothing but issues. First off, we were not able to view any apartments before moving in and therefore could not verify the condition of the apartment. We had to sign our lease via email and had no contact with anyone from the complex in person. When we did come and pick up the keys to walk the apartment, Marie refused to walk it with us. When we did walk in, they were still working on the apartment. The kitchen, half of the livingroom and bathrooms were unusable for a full week. We did not have a washer or dryer for 2 full months after moving in. We had leaks in the tub and toilets, that did not get fixed until 3 months after moving in. The apartment has been covered in roaches since day one. Every time we went and talked to anyone upfront, they told us to put in work orders, which we had, but they were continually getting canceled or being marked as completed when no one from maintenence came down to work them. We have had and continue to deal with mold throughout the apartment. The carpet is coming up, and the floor is peeling up in the master bath. Ms. Kathy had talked to Marie and the maintenance manager Stevie continually and nothing has been done. Our kitchen is essentially trash. The dishwasher does not work and is falling out of the wall. The cabinets are dry rotted and falling apart. One part of our fridge doesnt work. Every time we have talked to anyone especially Marie, they have spoken to us with a demeaning tone like we are children or incorrect. Our neighbors will come and bang on our door and windows at all hours of the night un provoked. We have talked to the front office about seeing if something can be done about it, but nothing has. The office said that they would call the courtesy officer to handle it, but hasn't. We have two young women and two young children in this apartment. We fear for our safety with the constant health concerns of mold in the apartment as well as the harassment of the neighbors. The apartment has been and remains unsafe for us to be living here. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy with how we have been treated since moving in. If management refuses to fix these glaring issues. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, Code Enforcement and taking potential legal action."
"Don’t do it reconsider. I would not suggest anyone move here unless this is your absolute last resort. They have changed people about 4 times since I moved here in December. They will not fix anything. The maintenance men will come leave a paper saying they completed the work ticket and still didn’t fix anything I have been complaining for months and the most I have gotten done is a tub repainted that’s still peeling and a door fixed. Missing a door off cabinet, when neighbors walks sound like they are going to fall through the floor, flooring coming up and it’s sad really you pay all this money just for them to not care cause they don’t have to live here well Marie does but she’s only a leasing person so she can only do so much smh but I’m sure she don’t have all the problems with her apartment as we do"
