"I’ve noticed these apartments for sometime now and decided to finally give it a look for one of my next move in options, the area is amazing, location top tier. However, I have to be honest I was a bit disappointed at the quality, the buildings are cheaply made and look as if it took every bit of 5 months to build, paper thin. Also, the vinyl flooring was a huge turn off for me, I hate vinyl flooring, it looks cheap and you will be sweeping & mopping everyday of your life because it literally tracks everything. I am realizing that a lot of these new apartments are just quickly throwing these places up and slapping the name “luxury” to catch a certain crowd and then charge these outrageous prices.You won’t seem to get what you paid for here. Love the location but everything else was not up to my expectations, unfortunately I will probably continue looking elsewhere."

"I just renewed my lease for another 13 months. We just had our fall festivaland me and my grandkids had a great time. The hots dogs were great, popcorn, cotton candy, bounce house, cookies, chips, soda, beer, all free. We had a variety of vendors. Crafts, jewelry, insurance. My new location was right in the action. I stayed because of the great price office staff, and the great maintenance team. It stays cleans."
