"It's very sad and disappointed to rent a unit with so many issues and keeps reporting them over and over with no good results. Still yet they're being completed, but the problem is not fixed. I've been reporting problems with the water heater for over six months and up to this day it's not fixed but even got worse. Having me reset it every hour or getting up very early in morning in order to get hot water. It's not fear for a tenant who's always on time with the rent to put him true so many problems."

"Very unprofessional Management, and Maintenance. They are unethical and do not care about the residents. The apartments have mold/mildew and plumbing issues. The apartments flood and they don’t fix anything. They lie to you and give you the runaround. It’s a deplorable living environment. Wild cats with sores are roaming around the units hissing at the residents. I wouldn’t recommend living here! Take your Business elsewhere!"

"I regretfully lived here for 3 years. Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in and I’ve been renting for over 10 yrs. My last year I was forced to purchase a home and request that they break my lease for free. My husband and I just had a baby so we upgraded from a one bed to a 3 bed unit and two weeks in we noticed a lot of moisture in two different spots of our ceiling, one being in the living room and one in our closet. Long story short we had to deal with high volumes of mold and a whole in our ceiling for 3 months until we just couldn’t take it anymore and left. The help was non existent. They DONOT care about their tenants at all, it’s disgusting. They can’t even fix the simplest of things properly or in a timely manner. Trust me, you don’t want to live here, the apartments are in really bad shape and it’s really hard to get help. I could go on and on about the issues this place has but I don’t want to relive it …just stay away and spend your money elsewhere."

"Look elsewhere. The amenities are poor quality with the amount of money they charge. They’ve had “major water repairs” lately and my water bill is high that I’m expected to pay. Highly unsatisfactory in my opinion. Breezeways & stairs (nasty) need to be pressure washed. One of the worst mistakes was moving into this complex. Now I’m paying $6k to break the lease."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I WISH I LISTENED TO THE REVIEWS PRIOR TO COMING HERE!!!! I’ve haven’t even been here for a full 3 months and I wish to god I could change that. If you do not believe any other reviews trust this one 100%! The only person that cares or is willing to help is Bianca and honestly she is the only reason I am here. Everyone else in the office is a joke and is just there to get a check! I have had a water leak in my walls since October 16,2022 a week from moving in and today I now have water on my bathroom floor which has spread to the kitchen! What emergency maintenance number because they don’t call back or come to help! Oh and valet is the biggest joke as well aside from the staff! You pay $25 a month to get trash picked up everyday but trust me they only come once a week if that. My move in was terrible, I had a dirty washer and dryer (which I told them to remove), I had outlet covers missing, screens from the widows missing, no lights bulbs in some room, not to mention an infestation of ROACHES which I had to handle myself !!!! They claim to have pest once a week but I hid in my apartment all day last week Wednesday and no one showed up! They are just a money hungry in a nutshell. HONESTLY WISH I COULD'VE TAKEN MY MONEY ELSE WHERE BECAUSE WATERFORD LANDING IN MCDONOUGH IS THE BIGGEST JOKE IN HENRY COUNTY!!! LIKE I SAID THE ONLY REASON WE ARE STILL HERE IS BECAUSE OF BIANCA AND HER PROFESSIONALISM!!"
